National standard requirements for batteries

　　(1) The battery should be able to operate normally under environmental conditions of -15~+45 ℃.

　　(2) The positive and negative levels of the battery should have clear markings, and there should be no deformation, leakage, or stains on the appearance. There should be no seepage, leakage, crawling, or expansion during use.

　　(3) The shell and cover of the battery should comply with the requirements of GB/T 2408-1996, section 8.3.2FH-1 (horizontal level) and section 9.3.2FV-0 (vertical level).

　　(4) The battery can withstand a positive or negative pressure of 50kPa without breaking or opening the adhesive, and the housing will not deform after the pressure is released.

　　(5) A battery with a nominal value of 12V shall be tested according to regulations, and the capacity at a rate of 10 hours shall not be less than 0.95C10 in the first cycle, and C10 shall be reached in the third cycle; The capacity of 3h and 1h rates reached before the 4th and 5th cycles

　　(6) The battery is discharged in a fully charged state with 2CA for 5 minutes or 10CA for 5 seconds.

　　The pole and internal busbar should not be blown, and their appearance should not show any abnormalities.

　　(7) After 28 days of storage, the capacity retention rate of the battery shall not be less than 96%.

　　(8) The sealing reaction efficiency of the battery should not be less than 95%.
