The entire manufacturing process can be divided into four process sections: pole piece production, battery assembly, battery activation detection and battery packaging. The reason is mostly due to the large system error caused by manual operation and poor equipment precision, and the unsustainable production. To fundamentally solve the problem of poor quality consistency in batch production of lithium-ion batteries, it is necessary to improve the control precision of production equipment and the automation level of production lines.
