However, the structural characteristics of the 18650 battery inevitably have some defects. In the case of leak pressure, the pressure of the battery case (steel or aluminum case) can cause the case to explode. The capacity of large-capacity 18650 lithium-ion batteries is usually between 1200mah and 3600mah, while the capacity of general batteries is only about 800mah. If it is combined into a 18650 lithium-ion battery pack, the 18650 lithium-ion battery pack can easily exceed 5000mah. 18650 lithium-ion battery has high safety performance, non-explosive, non-flammable; non-toxic, non-polluting, and has passed RoHS trademark certification; various safety performances can be achieved at one time, and the number of cycles is greater than 500; high temperature resistance, discharge at 65 degrees The efficiency reaches 100%. In order to prevent the short circuit of the battery, the positive and negative electrodes of the 18650 Li-ion battery are separated. Therefore, the short circuit phenomenon may have been reduced to the limit. A protective plate can be installed to prevent the battery from overcharging and over-discharging, which also prolongs the life of the battery.
