After the implementation of national standards, 14250 battery packs, as a new type of energy storage battery, gradually replaced traditional lead-acid batteries. Compared with lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries have the advantages of high kinetic energy, small size, light weight, environmental protection, and no memory. With the popularity of lithium-ion battery packs, lithium-ion batteries have reached the hearts of thousands of customers every day. What aspects should be kept in mind during routine maintenance of 14250 battery packs? Chargers must match.
The charging head should be fully matched with the 14250 battery pack, so it is impossible to use the lead-acid battery charging head immediately. The current from the charging head passes through the 14250 battery maintenance system, causing a short circuit failure, thereby causing a safety accident of the 14250 battery pack. The working voltage of the charging head is too low, which makes the battery charging efficiency low and takes too much time.
Know the proper charging method. The charging head is first connected to the 14250 battery pack, and then the power plug of the charging head is connected to the 380V AC power supply. The charging head displays a bright red light when the power is connected. Remember to charge shallowly and discharge shallowly. The basic principle that needs to be followed in lithium-ion batteries is shallow charging and shallow discharge, that is, charging in a timely manner and not waiting until the battery is almost empty before recharging to ensure that the battery voltage is maintained in a stable state.
Deep charging and discharging (more than 90% of the volume) can easily damage rechargeable batteries. If the 14250 battery is not in use, the 14250 battery should be turned off immediately, otherwise the 14250 battery should be removed and released from the rechargeable battery seat.
