How is 18500 battery content calculated?
In daily life, each of us uses 18500 battery battery products every day, such as mobile phones, laptops, 12V 18500 battery batteries, etc. They all use 18500 battery batteries. What is the 18500 battery element in 18500 battery batteries and how is the 18500 battery content calculated? First of all, I believe many people don't know that the Civil Aviation Administration of China has regulations on the transportation of 18500 battery batteries, which are the regulations mentioned in the "18500 battery Battery Air Transport Specifications";
1. When 18500 battery-ion batteries in machinery or equipment are transported as baggage, 18500 battery metal materials or 18500 battery-aluminum alloy rechargeable batteries must not contain more than 2 grams of 18500 battery.
2. The rated kinetic energy of 18500 battery batteries shall not exceed 100wh.
3. For large and medium-sized 18500 battery-ion batteries with a rated kinetic energy exceeding 100WH or less than 160WH, airline carriers must allow the carrier to carry them, but the total quantity shall not exceed two pieces.
4. Internal machinery and equipment equipped with 18500 battery batteries can be placed in checked baggage or carry-on luggage, leaving only the portable suitcase. Calculation method of 18500 battery content of 12v 18500 battery battery:
If the 18500 battery-ion battery is marked with current (mAh), divide the current by 1000 and multiply to get the weight of the 18500 battery component. For example, if the current of the rechargeable battery is 5000mah, the 18500 battery content is 5000mah÷1000
Calculation method of rated energy:
1. If the nominal voltage (v) and tolerance volume (ah) of the rechargeable battery are known, the rated kinetic energy can be calculated based on the measured value of the rated kinetic energy. The formula is: Wh= V x Ah. For example, a 12v20ah 18500 battery battery has a rated energy of 12×20=240; generally speaking, the rated voltage and tolerance volume are marked on the rechargeable battery.
2. If only mAh (milliamp-hour) is displayed on the 12v 18500 battery battery, you can divide the value by 1000 to get the ampere-hour (Ah). For example, the nominal voltage of a 18500 battery battery is, the nominal capacity is 3000 mAh, and its rated energy is: 3000 mAh ÷ 1000 = 3Ah 3.7V×3Ah=
