2. Tips for cleaning dust from photovoltaic cells
1. Under normal circumstances, photovoltaic equipment should be inspected every four years. First, all photovoltaic fans should be replaced. Then, according to the operating conditions, professionals should check the ripple condition of the DC circuit and check the appearance of the DC capacitors and AC capacitors. If there is no abnormality, use a special meter to test the capacitor capacity to determine whether to replace the capacitor.
2. The cleaning method is to start reinstalling the plug-in after the cleaning and maintenance are completed. Pay attention to the plug-in being inserted tightly and the secondary plug being plugged in properly. Check whether there is resonance between the fan and cover after power is turned on.
3. If the above conditions are normal, the photovoltaic power supply will continue to manually bypass the power supply load. When there is no load, professional technicians will individually debug the automatic bypass, rectifier and inverter for the photovoltaic power supply.
4. If the debugging is normal, the photovoltaic starts to switch from manual bypass to automatic bypass and then to the inverter for power supply.
