1.High safety factor
Lithium manganate has a good safety factor. In fact, the safety factor of lithium manganate batteries is much higher than other lithium-ion batteries.
2. Long cycle life
It is understood that long-life lead-acid batteries have only 300 cycles and can last up to 500 cycles. Lithium manganese oxide battery has a cycle life of more than 2,000 times. The service life of lead-acid batteries of the same quality is generally about 2 to 3 years, while the service life of lithium manganate batteries is generally 7 to 8 years.
3. No memory size
Rechargeable batteries often work according to charging and discharging standards, and the volume will quickly become smaller than the short-circuit capacity, such as memory. For example, ni-h and ni-cd batteries have memory capabilities, but lithium manganate batteries do not exist and the battery power will not be reduced. Lithium manganese oxide batteries are generally not considered to contain excessive amounts of non-ferrous metals, non-toxic, non-polluting heavy metals. Lithium is common on site, mainly due to environmental protection considerations. As a key support for lithium power supply, lithium manganate has obvious environmental characteristics.
5.High temperature
According to statistics, the maximum heating value of lithium manganate batteries is 350c-500c, and some lithium batteries only heat up to 200c. Therefore, lithium manganate batteries have some advantages in high temperature performance!
Lithium manganate batteries have their own shortcomings. Their ultra-low temperature characteristics are weak. The cost of preparing raw materials for lithium manganate batteries is higher than the manufacturing cost of rechargeable batteries, which is difficult to avoid.
