This chip uses a number of industry-first technologies. When used with adaptive voltage protocols such as Qualcomm QuickCharge3.0 or type-c, it can allow smart mobile device manufacturers to shorten the charging time of many products. After developers adopt adaptive charging technology, they can significantly shorten charging time and improve charging efficiency. Charging IP5318 has a constant current and constant voltage lithium battery charging management system with a synchronous switching structure that supports high-voltage charging. It is specially optimized for 5V, 9V and 12V charging voltages and can automatically match different charging voltage specifications.

Ip5318charger will automatically adjust the charging current to adapt to adapters with different load capacities, ensuring that the adapter is not pulled or hung.

IP5318 integrates a synchronous switching converter system that supports high-voltage output, supporting the output of different voltages such as 5V, 9V, and 12V, with load capacities of 5V3.1A, 9V2.0A, and 12V1.5A respectively.
The switching frequency is 375KHz. The built-in soft-start function prevents faults caused by excessive inrush current during startup. Integrated output over-current, short-circuit, over-voltage, over-temperature and other protection functions ensure stable and reliable operation of the system.
The output current of the boost system can be automatically adjusted with the temperature to ensure that the IC temperature is below the set temperature.
