What are the two ways to improve the performance of 6F22 battery?

Researchers found that compared with the chemical leaching method, the heating method can obtain more uniform hollow core-shell structures. In addition, the cyclability of the hollow core-shell nanostructure is greatly improved, because the voids inside the polymer shell can accommodate the volume expansion of sulfur during the lithiation reaction.

 

The hollow core-shell structure material is still very stable after charging 200 times. From a chemical point of view, this polyaniline coating is a chain structure formed by benzene rings and ammonium groups strung together. It is soft and flexible, and can prevent the shell from cracking during long-term cycles.
