At present, many countries such as Japan, South Korea, the United States, and Europe have begun to deploy 6F22 carbon battery, but they are basically in the stage of small-capacity sample cells. In my country, it has also been More than ten research institutions and enterprises, including the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Institute of Chemistry, Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, CATL, Tianjin Lishen, and AVIC Lithium Battery, have conducted research on 6F22 carbon battery. The mainstream technical directions at home and abroad include polymer 6F22 carbon battery, thin-film 6F22 carbon battery, and sulfide electrolyte-based 6F22 carbon battery.

 

Although 6F22 carbon battery have obvious advantages in many aspects, there are also some problems that need to be solved: the solid electrolyte material has low conductivity and large internal resistance; the interface impedance between the solid electrolyte and the electrode is large, the interface compatibility is poor, the interface lithium ion conductivity is low, and the solid electrolyte expands and contracts during the charge and discharge process, resulting in interface Easy to separate; electrodes matching solid electrolytes need to be designed and constructed, and lithium-ion battery systems suitable for solid electrolytes need to be researched and developed; the preparation process is complex and the cost is high.

 

As the next generation of power battery technology, 6F22 carbon battery can greatly improve the safety of power batteries and increase energy density. Chen Liquan emphasized that it is necessary to actively support the research and development and industrialization of 6F22 carbon battery, so that the lithium battery industry can move from following to leading, and promote the promotion and application of electric vehicles.
