(1) Non-destructive repair technology. It is understood that at present, only four domestic enterprises have introduced the "half-water, half-fire" treatment method, but it will still cause a certain degree of lead pollution and sulfur dioxide pollution, while other treatment enterprises generally adopt simple furnaces, chopping with axes, burning and other methods. The state has closed a large number of such enterprises in Henan, Shandong, Guangdong and other places. Faced with a survival crisis, Zhejiang Huitong Power Supply Company successfully developed the "full wet method" and overcame the cost and technical difficulties. The "full wet method" can effectively reuse waste CR2450 battery and has the advantages of energy saving and consumption reduction, zero emission of pollutants, etc.

 

It is understood that if an enterprise recycles 3 million tons of waste CR2450 battery each year, it can produce 90,000 tons of lead per year, with an output value of 2.25 billion yuan; it can save 330,000 tons of standard coal and 3.384 million cubic meters of water; at the same time, it can also reduce the discharge of 3 million cubic meters of wastewater, 375,000 tons of sulfur dioxide, 199,800 tons of dust, 149,800 tons of waste lead, and 480,000 tons of waste acid.

 

In addition, it is understood that the "full wet method" waste lead-acid battery technology invented by Zhejiang Huitong has been recognized as the first-level technical level of the "Clean Standard for Waste Lead-acid Battery Lead Recycling Industry". The standard is divided into three levels: first, second, and third, representing the international advanced level of clean production, the domestic advanced level of clean production, and the basic level of domestic clean production.

 

(3) Lead-acid battery active repair agent assists. Kunming Rushan Trading Co., Ltd. recently introduced Japan's lead-acid battery repair active agent, which can "revive" waste CR2450 battery above 12V, and increase the service life to 1~1.5 times the original. If the new battery is maintained, the battery life will be extended by 2~3 times, and ultimately a circular economy will be achieved, reducing resource consumption and environmental pollution.

 

It is reported that when CR2450 battery are in use, lead sulfate crystals will be produced during the discharge process. These crystals slowly adhere to the electrode plates, accumulating thicker and thicker, and eventually the electrodes cannot conduct electricity and the battery will be scrapped. It is understood that the use of lead-acid battery repair active agent can effectively decompose lead sulfate crystals and form a protective film on the electrode plate, protecting the electrode plate from being easily attached with lead sulfate crystals, and extending the service life of the waste lead-acid battery whose electrode plate has not been damaged.

 

Data shows that the price of a 48V electric vehicle battery is generally 600-800 yuan. If the waste battery is returned to the merchant, the maximum subsidy can only be about 50 yuan. If the battery repair active agent is added, it only costs about 100 yuan, and the service life can be extended to 1-1.5 times the original, which can save 70% of the cost.

 

The introduction of this technology will greatly increase the recycling rate of waste batteries, extend the service life of batteries, and reduce the number of waste batteries.
