  What are the uses of component capacity in lithium-ion batteries?

  Lithium ion battery component capacity: Simply understood as capacity sorting and performance screening grading. Battery capacity division refers to the process of charging and discharging the battery, and determining the capacity of a lithium-ion battery pack by detecting the discharge capacity when the division is full. When managing the component capacity of lithium-ion batteries, data from each detection point is obtained through computer management, and the size and internal resistance of these battery capacity data are analyzed to determine the quality level of the battery.   By converting the cells that will be used for lithium-ion battery assembly into machine capacitors again, some cells that do not meet the requirements can always be selected and returned or exchanged with the cell factory. After conducting mechanical tests on lithium-ion batteries, it can be seen that the battery cells have been charged and discharged again, indicating that they are charged.
