4. The PACK battery factory uses slotted nickel sheets for spot welding. The size of the nickel sheets meets the requirements for large current discharge. The operator has been trained and assessed and qualified. After starting the operation, test whether the solder joints are firm after spot welding. 5. Different batches of batteries are made into typical finished products and life tests are conducted. When the experience related to the lithium-ion battery PACK design specifications is summarized, the actual cycle life of the battery products is obtained through cycle detection.
6. Verify the high and low temperature performance of the battery. The cells of different PACK lithium-ion battery manufacturers are made into finished products and discharged at different rates under high and low temperatures to detect the actual discharge curve.
