Why do 18650 lithium battery 2600mah phosphate batteries expand?
1. Overcharging causes the lithium battery to bulge.
Excessive charging will cause the lithium molecules in the battery cathode material to completely enter the battery cathode material, causing the original round grid of the cathode to deform and collapse. This is the main reason for the reduction in battery capacity of 18650 lithium battery 2600mah phosphate batteries.
