  1. Requirements for UPS front-stage power supply system

  3. Electrical isolation and grounding of power supply system

  Generally speaking, differential mode noise and common mode noise often exist in the power grid, and these noises interfere with the normal operation of computers to varying degrees.   Industrial UPS power supply solutions

  The production process of modern industry involves many types of equipment, and the load equipment itself and the production process require power supply. In modern factories, they can generally be divided into the following three types according to load categories:

  1. Industrial equipment: such as semiconductor packaging equipment, SMT placement machines, etc.;

  2. Production process management and control systems: such as DCS systems, monitoring and alarm systems, etc.;

  3. Factory IT systems: such as ERP systems, PLM systems, etc.

  According to different types of loads, different types of UPS power supplies can be configured to improve the system. Since the production process management system generally does not have impact loads, the load capacity of the UPS is not high, but the intelligence of the UPS (such as remote monitoring and other functions) is relatively high.
