Guidance on power 502030 battery will be issued by leading companies with advanced technology

It is reported that the guidance on the standardized development of the power lithium-ion battery industry is in the final stage and should be issued soon. The industry will strengthen the cultivation of leading companies with international competitiveness.

As the most important downstream market for power lithium-ion batteries, the new energy vehicle industry has been rapidly expanding in the past few years, and blind investment and low-level construction are more serious. Last year's subsidy fraud incident led to an unclear prospect for the subsidy policy for new energy vehicles, which affected this year's sales. According to data from the China Automobile Association, 49,000 new energy vehicles were produced and 44,000 were sold in October. Compared with the same period last year, the growth rate of production and sales has narrowed, up 14.3% and 8.1% respectively, and the growth rate of production and sales has slowed down significantly. The slowdown in downstream demand has led to overproduction of power lithium-ion batteries.

Xu Yanhua, deputy secretary-general of the my country Association of Automobile Manufacturers, said that the current new energy vehicle promotion policy is still being explored and improved, and the specific subsidy adjustment method will be launched at the end of November. Analysts believe that after the policy is implemented, the power lithium-ion battery industry will return to a period of rapid development. The introduction of industry regulatory guidelines will help promote the elimination of small, scattered and backward production, and leading companies with large market share and advanced technology will benefit.
