Step 6 - Liquid injection

Inject a specified amount of electrolyte into the soft pack battery cell. Of course, the battery cell must be baked and the liquid injection operation must be performed in a low humidity environment. Too much moisture content is not good.

Step 7 - Battery sealing

Extract the gas inside the battery cell in a vacuum environment and complete the sealing.

With the rapid development of electric vehicles and automobiles, the power supply on the vehicle has also developed rapidly, but there are many problems in the production of lithium-ion battery packs, resulting in uneven quality of battery products on the market. The capacity of the lithium-ion battery pack in the later cycle life cannot reach the designed service life.
