In the entire module, IC controls the switch state of the MOS tube by detecting the current of the working circuit and the voltage at both ends of the battery cells, thereby controlling the charging and discharge circuit to achieve the purpose of preventing the battery overcharging, overlapping or overcurrent. The main parameters of the protective board include: over -charging protection voltage, over -charging protection recovery voltage, overlapping protection voltage, overlapping protection recovery voltage, short -circuit protection current, self -consumption current, PCM internal resistance, etc. The above parameters can be measured through special equipment or analog circuits.

　　3. Shell: The shell is to fix the battery and protective plate together, seal and complete the shell with the function with the host. The housing is often divided into the bottom shell and the surface shell. Generally, after cooperating with the host, the outer shell is leaking outside, and the other is the bottom shell. Common materials for housing are: ABS, ABS+PC, PC, etc. The main indicators of measuring the shell are: color, material, cooperation, mechanical strength, etc.
