The inferior sulfate of the plate can be determined by the change of the end voltage by charging and discharge. During charging, the voltage of the battery rises particularly fast, some single -square voltage is particularly high, and it exceeds the normal value; the voltage drop is particularly fast during discharge, and the battery does not save or stores very little. If the above situation occurs, the battery can be judged that irreversible sulfate is available.
2. Fault treatment
Check whether the charging circuit connection is reliable (check whether the fuse and the fuse are well exposed), and the charger should be replaced abnormally. Drying batteries should be supplemented with dilute sulfuric acid of pure water or 1.05g/cm3 to maintain charging and discharge the battery capacity. If there is an irreversible sulfate, a balanced charging recovery capacity should be performed. After the dry battery is added to maintain the charging, the maximum current should be controlled by 1.8A, the charging is 10 ~ 15h, and the voltage of the three batteries is more than 13.4V/only. If the voltage difference between the battery exceeds 0.3V, it means that the battery has occurred that the irreplaceable irreversible sulfuric acid has occurred. For batteries with irreversible sulfate, you need to replace a formal battery or activate the battery.
