The second largest current, for example, the 18650 battery cell is 3C discharge, and your electric vehicle is 8000W. The battery cell used is lower than the discharge current of your electric vehicle, which can cause the temperature of the lithium battery to be too high, the current to be too large, and the lifespan to be short. There may also be cases of bulging and scrapping. If your electric vehicle has a very high power and speed, it is recommended to choose a 18650 battery cell with a current of 10C, which is obviously very important to choose a suitable battery cell!
The third fully charged storage is the ternary lithium battery, which has a full charge of 4.35V. Currently, the protection board on the market is 4.2V and stops charging. Therefore, many people buy electric vehicle lithium batteries and claim that they do not have the nominal capacity. In fact, this is the reason. Generally, storing electric vehicle lithium batteries for a long time and fully charging 50% of the TV is the best. For example, when you buy a new phone, many of them have a 50% power when turned on. If fully charged and stored for a long time, it will reduce the capacity of the lithium battery. Except for lithium iron phosphate and lithium titanate, which can be stored at full charge, it is also important to choose high-quality protective plates. The biggest taboo for lithium batteries is overcharge and overcharge. Ternary lithium is scrapped once overcharged, and overcharge is bound to cause bulging and also scrapping.
The fourth suitable charging device should also ensure that the current of the charger and the general current load of the appliance are within the specified range during charging and discharging. Excessive current load can easily cause internal short circuits in the battery, thereby damaging lithium ions and posing safety hazards to the circuit. Similarly, the same applies to the voltage of a charging charger. So when using a charger, we also need to pay attention to whether the charger is qualified.
