However, Carlson also emphasized that the actual charging rate is related to the hardware design and software support of electronic products. In theory, batteries can be charged faster and fully charged when they are about to run out of charge, but this is not always effective.
The actual charging effect of any mobile phone is influenced by the current limit of the battery itself, the design of the external charger, and the internal charging control circuit of the phone, "Carlson further explained." Therefore, for the battery itself, it may be faster and more effective to charge when the battery is low, but to achieve this effect, it still needs to be supported by the charging system hardware and software.
