　　3) Lithium batteries are relatively dangerous. If they are not handled properly during processing and storage, they are prone to explosion, burning and other problems. When the time comes, they will lose their money and may cause casualties.

The market is basically oversupply, and the competition is very fierce. There is no broad demand as described in the promotional materials of the franchise.

　　5) If the manufacturer requires you to open the franchise fee, equipment fee and other expenses to the other party's private account (the account name is not the company name but the personal name, even the name of the other party's legal person or financial director), it is basically fraudulent.
