The Iron(II) phosphate lithium powder material is composed of monodisperse spherical particles, and the particle size can reach 4.5-10 μ m. LiFePO4 cathode material with tamping density of 1.4-1.8g/cm3, reversible capacity of more than 150mAh/g and conductivity of 1 million times, which makes it possible for Iron(II) phosphate lithium material to be applied to high-capacity and high-power lithium ion batteries, and greatly promotes the industrialization of this material
