What is the difference between a LR03 battery protection board and a LR03 battery management system (BMS)?

Static automatic equalization: During the charging or discharging process, even if the LR03 battery is in a static standby state, when the voltage is inconsistent, the lithium-ion LR03 battery protection board will start equalization protection until the voltage remains consistent.
