Since Sony's electrolyte is solid and does not require the electrolyte resistance of the aluminum-plastic film, Japan's Showa's dry process uses an adhesive, and the adhesive The electrolysis resistance is relatively poor, which affects the service life of the lithium battery aluminum-plastic film to a certain extent. The thermal production process is an aluminum-plastic film product jointly developed by Japan's DNP and Japan's Nissan to produce automotive batteries. It is better than Japan Showa in terms of electrolysis resistance.

  Japan's Fujimori lithium battery aluminum plastic film production process also uses Japan's DNP's thermal technology. In 2011, Japan's Fujimori began to enter the Chinese market. However, at present, Japan's Fujimori products cannot be used to export battery cells. The main reason is that the technology is copied from Japan's DNP, and export products will be restricted by patents.

  At present, the aluminum-plastic film produced by domestic enterprises is mainly used to produce lithium batteries for digital products, mainly due to technical limitations. At present, domestically produced aluminum-plastic films have a short research and development time and unstable product quality. Therefore, domestic lithium battery manufacturers have not adopted domestically produced aluminum-plastic films on a large scale.

  1. Japan Showa lithium battery aluminum plastic film production process

  2. Japan’s DNP lithium battery aluminum plastic film production process

  Japan's DNP aluminum plastic film production technology has been developed since 2001, and is similar to the dry production method adopted by Japan's Showa.

  It can be seen from the structural diagrams of the two production processes of dry method and thermal method that the main difference between thermal method and dry method is that thermal method uses MPP in the production process. MPP is a modified PP, also called acidic. PP and MPP have high thermal bonding properties, so in the production of lithium battery aluminum-plastic films, adhesives do not need to be used between the aluminum foil layer and the CPP film.
