Performance test of single battery

　　 Home energy storage battery FBC-HS02

　　The upper limit of charging voltage of lithium iron phosphate battery is 3.8V, and the discharge termination voltage is 2V; The upper limit of charging voltage of lithium iron phosphate battery module is 19V. The upper limit of charging voltage of single ternary battery is 4.2V, and the discharge termination voltage is 3.0V; The upper limit of charging voltage of ternary battery module is 21.5V.

　　1. Single cycle life test

　　a) Discharge to the termination voltage with 1I1 (I1 = 75A);

　　b) Hold for 30 minutes;

　　c) Charge with constant current of 1I1 current to the upper limit of voltage and then turn to constant voltage charging, and stop charging when the charging current drops to 0.05I1;

　　d) Hold for 30 minutes;

　　e) Record the discharge capacity from 1I1 discharge to discharge termination condition;

　　f) Continuously circulate for 500 times according to b)~e).

　　2. Discharge capacity test of monomer at room temperature

　　a) 1I1 current constant current charging to the upper limit of voltage to constant voltage charging, stop charging when the charging current drops to 0.05I1, and leave it for 1h;

　　b) At room temperature, the battery is discharged with 1I1 current until it reaches the termination voltage;

　　c) Measure discharge capacity and record discharge specific energy;

　　d) Repeat steps a) to c) for 5 times. When the range difference of three consecutive test results is less than 3% of the rated capacity, the test can be terminated in advance, and the average of the last three test results shall be taken.
