Positive electrode materials for lithium batteries.3.7 volt 18650 lithium battery

　　The positive electrode material of lithium batteries is usually composed of active compounds containing lithium, while the negative electrode is carbon with a special molecular structure. During charging, the electric potential applied on both sides of the electrode forces the positive electrode compound to release lithium ions, which are embedded in the carbon with a sheet-like structure arranged in the negative electrode molecules. During discharge, lithium ions precipitate from the layered structure and recombine with the positive electrode compound, causing electrons to flow through the external circuit and generate a current.

　　1. Higher than energy, with great potential for development. It has a high storage energy density, currently reaching 460-600Wh/kg.

　　2. Long service life, with an average lifespan of over 6 years.

　　3. The self discharge rate is very low. Currently, it can generally achieve less than 1% per month, less than 1/20 of nickel hydrogen batteries.

　　4. Green and environmentally friendly. Does not produce any toxic and harmful heavy metal elements and substances such as lead, mercury, cadmium, etc.

　　5. The working temperature range is wide and can be used in environments ranging from -20 ℃ to 60 ℃.

　　6. The rated voltage is high (with a single working voltage of 3.7V), which is approximately equal to the series voltage of three nickel cadmium rechargeable batteries.

　　7. No memory effect. The memory effect is a decrease in battery capacity before it is fully charged. Traditional batteries have severe memory effects.
