Lithium batteries (Lithiumbattery) refer to batteries containing lithium (including metallic lithium, lithium alloys and lithium ions, lithium polymers) in the electrochemical system. Lithium batteries are a type of battery that uses lithium metal or lithium alloy as the negative electrode material and uses non-aqueous electrolyte solutions. The earliest lithium battery came from the great inventor Edison, using the following reaction: Li+MnO2=LiMnO2 (www.hhrrb.com) This reaction is a redox reaction, and the discharge is very demanding on the environment due to the very active chemical properties of lithium metal, which makes the processing, storage, and use of lithium metal very demanding on the environment. Methods/Steps
Method 1: Pulping Use special solvents and adhesives to mix with powdered positive and negative active materials respectively, and make slurry positive and negative materials after high-speed stirring.
Method 2: Coating The prepared slurry is evenly coated on the surface of the metal foil, dried, and made into positive and negative electrode sheets respectively.
Method 3: Assembly Place the positive electrode sheet--separator--negative electrode sheet--separator in the order from top to bottom, and wind it into a battery core, and then inject electrolyte, seal and other processes to complete the battery assembly process and make a finished battery.
Method 4: Formation Use special battery charging and discharging equipment to test the finished battery for charging and discharging, test each battery, select qualified finished batteries, and wait for shipment.
