At present, researchers are optimizing the integration of battery packs to prepare for vehicle installation demonstrations; key materials for lithium batteries have entered the pilot stage, and have formed cooperative relationships with more than 30 battery and electric vehicle companies, striving to start supplying as soon as possible.

This achievement is just one of the major outputs of the strategic leading science and technology project "Focus on Transformative Nano-Industry Manufacturing Technology". According to reports, since the implementation of this project in 2013, researchers have also abandoned the technical ideas of traditional printing plate-making photosensitive imaging through the combination of nanomaterials and printing technology, and formed a green printing industry chain technology including green plate-making, green base, and green ink. Experts said that the promotion and application of the above results will hopefully reduce the pollution of millions of tons of plate-making waste liquid, tens of millions of tons of base waste liquid/slag pollution, and hundreds of thousands of tons of volatile organic compounds (VOC) emissions each year.
