　　18650 lithium battery welding method

　　We know that the shell of the 18650 lithium battery is a steel shell, and it is difficult to weld it with a soldering iron without a dedicated battery spot welder. Of course, now there is also a strong battery flux, which can easily solder 18650 batteries with an ordinary electric soldering iron. But this kind of powerful flux is corrosive, not only corroding the battery casing and positive electrode, but also corroding the tip of the soldering iron. 18650 lithium battery welding method is as follows:

　　1. Use a knife or file to scrape off the part to be welded;

　　2. Since the material of the positive electrode is difficult to tin, it is better to grind it a little;

　　3. In order to prevent the high temperature from damaging the 18650 lithium battery, wrap the battery with a damp cloth;

　　4. Use one hand to hold the battery with solder wire, and the other hand to solder it with a soldering iron with sufficient temperature to tin the positive electrode of the battery.
