The process of replacing UPS with large capacity battery
1. The construction personnel bring the installation test tools and arrive at the construction site of the computer room.
2. Check to make sure that the sleeve handle and wrench handle are well insulated.
3. Plug the output wire of the generator into the industrial connector of the backup power, start the generator, and let the generator run first.
4. Open the battery cabinet to take pictures for backup, find the output line connected to the UPS host and confirm the positive and negative poles.
5. Confirm that the generator is running stably. After the voltage measured at the input terminal of the transfer switch in the power distribution cabinet is normal, switch the switch to the generator side, observe and confirm that the UPS host is running normally, and disconnect the battery circuit breaker of the battery cabinet.
6. Remove the old battery, remove the battery from the top to the bottom of the battery rack, remove a screw and wrap the connector of the connecting wire with electrical tape for insulation (this step is very important, don't be lazy), to prevent normal The negative pole is short-circuited and dangerous.
7. Remove all the batteries, put them in place, and start installing new batteries.
8. Start from 1# according to the battery number, and install from the bottom layer of the battery rack. The position and direction are the same as before. The connector screws must be tightened. short circuit.
9. After the battery is installed, confirm that the positive and negative poles are correct, measure the total voltage, and confirm that the battery is installed and connected correctly.
10. Calculate the charging voltage according to the battery parameters, and measure the UPS output charging voltage, which meets the charging requirements of this batch of batteries. Close the air switch on the battery cabinet and check the charging menu of the main unit. The battery is already in the charging state.
11. Install the battery cabinet, switch the input of the UPS host back to the mains, and confirm that the input and output voltage of the UPS host is normal. Stop the generator, remove the connecting wires, pack up the tools, load the old battery into the car and prepare to transport it back, and clean up the site.
