The 18650 lithium battery pack process is mainly formulated according to the PACK battery structure. Most of the 18650 lithium battery pack process features are similar, and its characteristic is multiple parallel strings. The 18650 lithium battery pack process has distinct characteristics, the biggest feature of which is the flexible combination. Most continuous orders can be completed semi-automatically. 18650 lithium battery pack process quality characteristics
1. The use of high-quality lithium batteries requires qualified and stable suppliers to provide single batteries with good performance. The single batteries have passed a series of safety tests and performance tests and are used after passing the test.
2. The internal resistance of the battery is required to be low and the consistency is good. Regardless of the 14.8V lithium battery pack or other energy storage battery packs, low internal resistance must be ensured to ensure the capacity, platform, and heat dissipation of large current discharge.
