　　18650 lithium-ion battery pack process quality characteristics

　　1. Lithium-ion batteries with qualified quality should be supplied with single batteries with good performance by qualified and stable suppliers. Single-cell batteries should pass a series of safety and performance tests.

　　2. The internal resistance of the battery is required to be low and consistent. Whether it is a 14.8v lithium-ion battery pack or other energy storage battery packs, low internal resistance should ensure the capacity, platform and heat dissipation of high-current discharge.

　　3. The battery structure adopts a ventilation design, and the distance between two adjacent batteries is not less than 2mm. This construction requires the battery to be held in place by a plastic bracket.

　　4. Grooved nickel sheets are used for spot welding in battery factories. The size of the nickel plate meets the requirements of large current discharge, the material of the nickel plate is guaranteed, the internal resistance is low, the spot welding machine runs stably, and the quality of the welding needle is guaranteed. Vibration experiments are carried out on each batch of products to verify their anti-vibration performance.

　　5. Different batches of batteries were made into typical finished products, and life tests were carried out. While summarizing the relevant experience in the design specifications of lithium-ion battery packs, the actual cycle life of the finished battery is obtained through cycle tests

　　6. Verify the high and low temperature performance of the battery. The batteries of lithium-ion battery manufacturers in different packages are made into finished products, and discharged at different rates at high and low temperatures to obtain actual discharge curves.
