in conclusion
1) Vacuum distillation can be used to separate the various components of the nickel-cadmium battery, and the metal cadmium with a purity greater than 99% can be obtained.
2) The effective distillation temperature of cadmium should be selected between 573 ~ 1173K.
3) When the system pressure is 10pa, the content of cadmium in the distillation residue decreases significantly when the temperature rises between 773-1173K; the distillation temperature is 1173K, and the pressure decreases between 80-20pa, the content of cadmium in the distillation residue is downward trend.
