　　There has always been controversy over whether polymer lithium batteries are activated. Some netizens believe that lithium-ion batteries generally do not need to be activated. Assuming that the battery has been left unused for too long, it can be charged for a few more hours after being fully charged. It won't work if it exceeds 12 hours. The common sense that everyone knows is that the first three charges for 12 hours are related to the original nickel cadmium battery. Lithium ion batteries are not because they do not have a memory effect. During the general formation process, a period of low current charging and discharging is required, which cannot be achieved by ordinary users' chargers in order to form the SEI film on the electrode surface.

　　1. Newly used lithium batteries usually have remaining power, so do not charge them at this time. Install the battery into the product and use it normally until the battery level drops to the point where it cannot be turned on at all.

　　2. The original charger should be used for charging, and it is better to turn off the charger for charging. Many people do not turn off the charger for convenience, which is not conducive to activating the lithium battery capacity. And remind everyone to charge continuously for more than 12 hours but less than 15 hours. If there is a prompt indicating that it is fully charged, do not unplug it and keep it in a charging state!

　　3. After being fully charged, if used normally until it cannot be turned on. You can continue with process two again!

　　4. Completely discharge and fully charge (i.e. repeat process two and process three) three times. At this point, the battery is successfully activated and can reach a good capacity state.
