  1. Static characteristic testing

  1.1 Voltage test: Measure the open circuit voltage of the lithium battery using tools such as a multimeter in a standard environment and record the data.

  1.2 Capacity testing: Use the constant current discharge method or constant resistance discharge method to completely discharge the lithium battery and record the discharge time. Calculate the capacity of the lithium battery based on the discharge curve.

  1.3 Internal Resistance Test: Use a flexible multifunctional battery internal resistance tester to test the internal resistance of lithium batteries and record the data.

  1.4 Protection Function Test: By simulating the actual working scenario of AGV, test the protection functions of lithium batteries such as overcharging, over discharging, overcurrent, and short circuit, and record the test results.

  2. Dynamic characteristic testing

  2.1 Cycle Life Test: Using the constant current charging and discharging method, conduct cycle charging and discharging tests on lithium batteries, record the number of cycles and the capacity loss of each charge and discharge, and evaluate the life of lithium batteries.

  2.2 Fast charging performance test: Use a fast charger for fast charging testing, record charging time and capacity recovery, and evaluate the fast charging performance of lithium batteries.

  2.3 Temperature performance testing: Under different temperature conditions, test the discharge performance and capacity degradation of lithium batteries to evaluate their temperature adaptability.
