  The heat consumption rate of lithium battery packs is not the same at different temperatures, because the chemical reaction inside the battery is closely related to the temperature. The ambient temperature is low, and the lithium battery pack will generate more heat when it runs.

  The operating environment temperature of the lithium battery pack has a certain impact on the internal resistance, heat consumption rate, discharge capacity, cycle life, and state consistency of the battery.

  Methods of temperature regulation

  Internal regulation

  External regulation

  At present, considering the complexity of the thermal management structure of the battery pack, most of the air cooling methods are simple in structure. And considering the uniformity of heat dissipation, most of the parallel ventilation methods are used.

  Temperature adjustment: The simplest heating method of the structure is to add heating plates above and below the lithium battery pack for heating, and to wrap heating wires around each lithium battery pack or to use heating films to cover the entire perimeter of the lithium battery pack for heating.
