All of this is determined by the shortcomings and exposure of the two mainstream technology routes of batteries. For example, lithium iron phosphate batteries are widely used in mid to low range vehicle models due to their longer lifespan and lower cost; However, ternary lithium batteries are mainly used in mid to high range vehicle models due to their high energy density and low vehicle power consumption. The most concerning issue among them is the difference in battery safety performance, as the internal activity of the Sa Yuan lithium-ion battery is more active, resulting in higher energy density but also significant unsafe factors.

This is the first time in the industry that a complete package of ternary lithium batteries has been tested without ignition, and a historic breakthrough has been made in the safety of ternary lithium batteries.
It is understood that the magazine battery of GAC Aian is a systematic technology specifically designed to enhance the safety of power batteries. It is a complete set of security technologies that enhance the inherent safety of battery cells, enhance passive safety, and then actively prevent and control software. It is also an intelligent security technology that integrates software and hardware, and has ultra-high defense capabilities. Based on the design concept of "preventing short circuits within the battery cell, preventing thermal runaway after short circuits, and preventing thermal spread after thermal runaway", the magazine battery adopts a design similar to a safety compartment, which can effectively block the spread of thermal runaway cells.
