Secondly, the battery cell can be wrapped with less tape, which saves tape and reduces the thickness of the battery cell.

6. The winding needle adopts an adjustable method. The width of the winding needle is adjusted according to production requirements, and the specification is changed conveniently and quickly.

7. The positive and negative pole pieces adopt a double-correction precision mechanism to ensure the alignment of the pole pieces and reduce the short circuit caused by human operation during the winding process.

Foreign companies that produce 12V27A battery winding equipment have a long history of technological development and a high brand effect, but their production processes are relatively rigid, and most of them only supply standardized testing systems, which cannot meet the customized needs of domestic customers.
