When an abnormality in the power grid causes a power outage, the DC +12V voltage at both ends of the battery GB provides working voltage for VT1 and VT2 through the primary winding of T2. After turning on the inverter button S2, the +12V voltage provides the working voltage for CD4047 through VD5, S2 and R3, and at the same time, LED2 lights up, indicating that the inverter is in the inverter state.
