When an abnormality in the power grid causes a power outage, the DC +12V voltage at both ends of the battery GB provides working voltage for VT1 and VT2 through the primary winding of T2. After turning on the inverter button S2, the +12V voltage provides the working voltage for CD4047 through VD5, S2 and R3, and at the same time, LED2 lights up, indicating that the inverter is in the inverter state. After the multivibrator oscillates, two low-frequency oscillation signals of about 50Hz with opposite phases and equal amplitudes are output from the ⑩ and (11) pins of CD4047.
