For some small retail investors, the increase in space may not be large, but for some large consumers, these aspects have no advantages. According to experts, the cost of lithium iron phosphate batteries has increased too quickly and suddenly, and due to the lack of good price transmission and long profit period, the market situation in 2020 will not be as good as last year.
1. When using lithium battery UPS, pay attention to various important parameters of the UPS, such as input voltage range, output waveform, power, long power supply time, conversion time, and lithium battery brand, noise, equipment volume, weight, etc. . All kinds of UPS should not be operated at full load. More than 20% of the power capacity should be reserved, and the load should be controlled between 40% and 60% of the rated power of the UPS.
2. When the UPS power supply is not used for a long time, it should be turned on every once in a while. 4. Strengthen daily inspections and maintenance, check whether there are any alarms, odors and abnormal noises in the equipment, check whether the connectors are loose or hot, whether the cooling fan is running normally, and whether all equipment signs are in order. Normal, solve the problem immediately.
5. Maintain a suitable working temperature. Working temperature is a key factor affecting the service life of lithium battery UPS. Once the operating temperature exceeds 25°C, the number of battery cycles will be reduced by half for every 10°C.
6. Replace used/bad batteries immediately. In the continuous operation and application of lithium battery UPS power supply, due to differences in characteristics and quality, it is inevitable that some rechargeable batteries will be damaged. When one or several batteries in the lithium battery pack are damaged, maintenance personnel carry out regular inspections on each battery to remove the damaged batteries.
7. The environment where the power supply is used should be well ventilated to facilitate heat dissipation and keep the environment clean. Do not bring magnetic induction loads, such as money counters, fluorescent lamps, central air conditioners, etc. , to prevent damage to the ups power supply.
8. Do not turn off and on the UPS power supply frequently. Under normal circumstances, the UPS power supply can be turned on again after 6 seconds after being turned off. Otherwise, the UPS power supply is likely to be in a "failed to start" state, that is, the UPS power supply is neither in the voltage output state nor the inverter power output state. Condition.
