The thermal decomposition of the positive electrode will cause the battery to run away, causing combustion or explosion.

Ambient temperature: When the ambient temperature is too high, the inside of the battery is like a reaction chain. The positive electrode material will also undergo thermal decomposition in such an environment. In such a sealed situation, the battery cell will bulge and burst when the pressure reaches the limit.
