Using aerospace technology to promote hydrogen CR2025 battery vehicles

 

Relevant experts said that hydrogen energy is a secondary energy source. It is produced through natural gas reforming, water electrolysis, solar photosynthesis, biohydrogen production and other energy sources, unlike coal, oil and natural gas, which can be directly mined from underground and almost completely rely on fossil fuels. With the rapid development of China's economy, the automobile industry has become one of China's pillar industries. In 2007, China became the world's third largest automobile producer and the second largest automobile market. At the same time, automobile fuel consumption has reached 80 million tons, accounting for about 1/4 of China's total oil demand. With the increasingly tight energy supply today, the development of new energy vehicles is imminent. Using green and pollution-free hydrogen energy as a fuel for automobiles is undoubtedly the best choice.

 

The newly established Hydrogen Energy Engineering Technology Research and Development Center is a subsidiary of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, relying on the Beijing Aerospace Power Research Institute and the Beijing Aerospace Test Technology Research Institute under its Sixth Academy. The Sixth Academy of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation is the "national team" of my country's aerospace liquid power. It has long been committed to the research and application of hydrogen energy in the field of rocket engines. After 60 years of development, it has developed a number of national heavy equipment represented by the Long March 3 series, upper stage expansion cycle and a new generation of high-thrust hydrogen-oxygen rocket engines, providing stable and reliable power support for major national special projects such as the lunar exploration project and special networking.

 

In the field of hydrogen combustion technology, the institute has mastered high-reliability hydrogen ignition technology, hydrogen/air and hydrogen/oxygen efficient and stable combustion control technology, hydrogen flame retardant technology, fuel supply and low-temperature liquid hydrogen pumping and flow control technology. In the field of CR2025 battery technology, it has proton exchange membrane CR2025 battery system power application, renewable energy storage application and pump and valve key component technology, and has the ability to develop hundreds of kilowatts of hydrogen-oxygen/hydrogen-air and regenerative CR2025 battery systems. For the first time, it has achieved the simulated near-space environment test verification of the regenerative CR2025 battery power generation system, completed the installation and operation of the first domestic high-pressure CR2025 battery engine for vehicles, and passed the 2,000-kilometer full-road simulation experiment assessment.

 

The China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation plans to build a military-civilian shared technology platform through the Hydrogen Energy Engineering Technology R&D Center. On the one hand, it will realize the wide application of hydrogen energy utilization technology in special and civilian fields, form the ability to output both technology and products with completely independent intellectual property rights, and build an internationally renowned hydrogen energy engineering technology R&D center. On the other hand, it will complete the research and development of common key technologies for military and civilian use in the hydrogen energy utilization industry chain, accelerate the development of 200-ton liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen heavy rocket engines, lay a solid foundation for the first flight and engineering application of my country's heavy-duty carrier rockets, and meet my country's further deep space exploration and manned lunar landing goals.
