The first is to clarify the balance target and set it as the average state of concentration (SOC) of the lithium-ion battery pack to improve balance efficiency and take full advantage of battery charge balance; at the same time, balance control is also set With (dSOC), the charge and discharge balance is carried out for the unit with higher SOC, and the battery charge balance is carried out for the opposite unit.
