1. Lithium battery
At present, most electric vehicles use lithium iron phosphate batteries, but there are still several difficulties in popularizing lithium-ion vehicles:
(1) Price. Batteries account for more than half of the cost of electric vehicles. The latest Tesla cars sell for more than 700,000 yuan, making them unaffordable for ordinary people.
(2) Energy density. The theoretical specific capacity of lithium iron phosphate Column rechargeable battery is 170wh/kg, and the theoretical specific capacity of lithium cobalt oxide Column rechargeable battery is 200wh/kg. Therefore, most of the load of lithium-ion vehicles is spent on the weight of the battery.
(3)Safety.
(4)Charging time. The fast charging mode can charge the Column rechargeable battery to 80% in a few dozen minutes, but it does great damage to the Column rechargeable battery and is dangerous. Slow charging takes several hours to more than ten hours. Manufacturers generally recommend using slow charging mode.
2. Super capacitor
It is reported that there is no reliable basis for the conclusion that supercapacitors are expected to replace batteries. Although the energy density of supercapacitors will be greatly improved after the introduction of graphene, it is still far lower than that of lithium batteries. The energy density of supercapacitors is 74wh/kg. However, the advantage of supercapacitors is that the charging time is very short (a few seconds) and safe, and can be used for auxiliary peak shaving and braking energy storage of electric vehicles.
3. Hydrogen-powered cars
Hydrogen-powered vehicle technology has made great progress in recent years, with the advantages of short charging time and strong power. But the problem to be solved now is

(2) Safe and high-strength hydrogen storage tank
(3)Safety
