Advantages and disadvantages of lithium manganate batteries
The advantages of manganese acid tanks are that they are easy to manufacture and low cost. These defects are due to the melting of manganese, which results in poor high temperature and circulation system performance, and due to the addition and calcination of aluminum, the high temperature performance and circulation system are greatly improved. Generally speaking, lithium manganate batteries have strong low-cost reliability, weak high-temperature performance, and fast attenuation coefficient.
There are three types of silver manganate:
(1) Layered lithium manganate Limno2, theoretical volume 285ma-h/g, working voltage platform 4v. The layered structure is difficult to produce and unstable, and it is easy to produce the Li2mn204 spinel structure, resulting in a reduced operating voltage service platform, poor reliability, and irreversible attenuation coefficient.
(2) High-voltage spinel lithium manganate limn204, basic theoretical volume 148ma-h/g, working voltage platform. Due to the difference in high specific temperatures, the volume attenuation coefficient above 55c is more serious. The li2mn204 spinel structure is also easy to produce, resulting in a lower operating voltage service platform, poor reliability, and irreversible volume attenuation coefficient. This is the type of carp used in industrial production.
(3) Spinel lithium manganate Li2Mn2O4, using lithium ions, low operating voltage (3v), low passenger flow and low circulation system, it is possible to study how to prevent such objects from appearing. In order to better deal with the defects of lithium iron phosphate in the plate layer, Linicomno2 (linicoalo2) was invented. This is a three-element material, Linicomno2 (linicoalo2), which is replaced by ni and co(al). It has high capacitance, high voltage, Lifepo2 has the advantages of high safety factor, good recovery rate, and high reuse rate. The basic theoretical volume is 280ma-h/g, and the operating voltage is now 160ma-h/g.
Rechargeable batteries using lithium manganate raw materials. What is lithium manganate? It is made from emd (a raw material used as a special raw material for mercury-free alkaline manganese batteries) and lithium carbonate (also used as a raw material).
For active lithium, it is a spinel structure, which refers to the shape of its crystals used in lithium batteries. In contrast, the structure of spinel is more stable than that of lamellar structures (although the reliability of the geometry seems to be recallable based on organic chemical characteristics), so the structural choice of spinel is at this stage. In addition to lithium iron phosphate, lithium-ion drilling and lithium-ion batteries are also spinel structures, but this spinel structure and its two similar contrasts are very unique, that is, the advantages and disadvantages are very prominent. Its advantages are: good cold resistance, good time performance, easy to manufacture, but disadvantages: unstable raw materials, mixed with other raw materials, low temperature, poor circulation system characteristics, and fast attenuation coefficient. The defects of lithium iron phosphate are caused by the properties of manganese. However, due to the widespread availability of manganese, it has significant cost advantages.
Because the raw material of lithium iron phosphate is so unique, we take advantage of its advantages and stop its shortcomings to make lithium-acid batteries used in different industries, generally called A and B. Category A is used for powering lithium batteries. Safety and cycle characteristics are key considerations. The reversible volume is 100115mah/g, and a 500 cycle system can maintain 80% of the volume. Type b is used in consumer electronics and is characterized by large capacity, usually defined as a reversible capacity of 120mah/g, but the characteristics of the circulation system only require 60% to 300-500 times.
