Relevant fiscal and tax incentive policies are incomplete, and a market-oriented recycling mechanism has not yet been established.

　　Used polymer lithium battery cannot be discarded casually. Used batteries must be properly disposed of to greatly increase the recycling rate of used UPS batteries, extend the service life of the batteries, and reduce the number of used batteries.
