4. Cycle life.
The cycle life of the battery should be 800 to 2000 times.
5. High temperature will accelerate the embrittlement period.
After the battery is charged and discharged in accordance with regulations, the appearance should have no obvious deformation, rust, smoke or explosion, and the test cycle should be no less than 52 times.
6. Electromagnetic compatibility testing.
1. Anti-interference of electrostatic induction charge and discharge. The lithium battery pack should comply with GB/Level 4 regulations. After testing, the appearance should have no obvious deformation, leakage, smoke or explosion, and should be able to work normally.
2. The degree of transmission interference. The lithium battery pack should comply with the requirements of YD/T983-1998 Class B. After the test, the appearance should have no obvious deformation, leakage, smoke, explosion, etc., and should be able to work normally.
