The Development History of Power Batteries

　　Power batteries are the power sources that provide power for tools. Based on the characteristics, requirements, and application fields of power batteries, the development of power batteries has gone through the following four stages

　　(3) Lithium ion batteries (LIB) and polymer lithium-ion batteries (PLIB) have high energy density, a mass to energy ratio of 200W · h/kg, a single cell voltage of 3.6V, and no memory. They have become hot research topics

　　(4) Proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) and direct methanol fuel cells (DMFC) are truly electrochemical reaction devices that use H2 or methanol as fuel and O2 as oxidant to directly convert it into electricity, as the discharge product is water and the entire process is pollution-free. However, they still need to consume the electricity provided by mineral fuels
