1. Routine maintenance of ups battery
1. Check the battery regularly. If dust or other external contamination is found, please clean it with a cloth soaked in water or warm water. Do not use organic solvents or oils such as gasoline and banana water for cleaning, and please avoid using chemical fiber cloths.
2. During float charging, if the total voltage during battery charging or the index value of the voltmeter on the indicator plate deviates from the reference value shown in the table below (±0.05V/single cell), the cause should be investigated and dealt with.
2. How to detect ups battery
1. The fully charged "driving force" lead-acid battery is left standing for 1h~24h and starts to discharge in an environment of 25℃±5℃.
2. Before discharging, measure and record the voltage and internal resistance of the battery in the "driving force" lead-acid battery's float-charge state.
3. Before discharge, all operators should be briefed, including technical briefings and safety briefings.
4. The terminal voltage of the "driving force" lead-acid battery should be measured before and after the discharge starts, and the current should be measured during the discharge. The current fluctuation shall not exceed 1% of the specified value.
5. The terminal voltage and room temperature of the "driving force" lead-acid battery should be measured during discharge. The measurement time interval for the 10h rate test is 1h. The measurement time interval for the 3h rate test is 1h. The measurement time interval for the 1h rate test is 10min. At the end of the discharge Measurements should be made at any time to ensure accurate determination of the termination voltage time.
